Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Orders are processed Monday - Friday 11a - 3p CST. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed starting the following business day. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time and can take up to 5 business days during restocks, promotions or holidays.
Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail w/ SIGNATURE REQUIRED on all orders. Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email once the order has shipped. Orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received. Tracking updates can be found on USPS.com using the tracking number sent in the order confirmation email.
For International orders, items will be shipped via DHL Express, 2-8 day delivery. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED on all orders. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees, taxes and duties. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
